I don't wish to hijack Ron's thread, but I can offer some sort of comparison.
Power wise my SE is reasonably standard. The only changes of note are an AEM intake, an axle back exhaust with hot dog (rest of exhaust is standard) and an Adaptronic.
I had a before and after dyno run done when the Adaptronic was installed and it only picked up around 10 RWKW (still plenty of room to improve the tune I guess). What the Adaptronic did however was dramatically improve the driveability. It now has 146 RWKW.
At the Cootamundra airport as part of the Nulon Nationals in 2014, my best time was 13.7 sec @108.9 mph over the quarter. Not sure whether that's good or bad.
