Played indoor cricket tonight and realised I had a very sore neck. Never had this before after a track day and assume it's because I managed to go a bit quicker round the twisty bits. Still over 3 seconds off the fastest MX-5 so reckon I'd better add some weights work to the rowing because I'm naturally going to continue to try to get myself faster.

So what recommendations for neck strengthening work?
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

This should be a good exercise, make sure you have your race suit on too, that's the most important part!

I sometimes get that after track days. Since both QR and Lakeside are largely righthand corners, it's the left side trying to pull the helmet weight etc back up that suffers. Just means you're doing it properly :p
