It's one of those things that there are so many tiny little jobs that it could never really be listed.
The obvious ones are fuel, air, spark.
Apart from that it's a matter of just making sure everything you unplugged is re-plugged, what you unbolted is re-bolted etc.
if it's a swap to a different kind of engine, then it's even harder since you'll be having to custom do things anyway.

Also don't forget coolant and oil etc.
