What to pack for a track day
Hi guys,
I'm a big fan of the Speed Academy because they always give great informative videos and articles all about going fast.
Thought I would share this for everyone that may not have seen it and is looking to do their first track day.

What they did not mention (or items specific to most Aussie track days):
- CAMS licence
- Car Club Membership Card
- Fire extinguisher bolted to your car
- Plenty of Food
- Plenty of Water
- 150mm blue triangle (sticker) to mark the battery location
- And I suggest to fill up with fuel (in the tank or in Jerry Cans) a day before so it can be all packed to go on the day.

Don't forget the appropriate clothing as well (approved helmet, long sleeve top/pants) and fully enclosed shoes.
I also like to bring a few tools, in case something goes wrong or needs fixing.
Hammer, multi-tool case set(sockets, spanners, screwdrivers), cable ties, electrical tape, working jack and wheel brace.
Also some fluids - engine oil, coolant.
Handy to bring a tarp too, to put everything on.

Re: What to pack for a track day
Read the regs for the day and bring whatever it says you need.
On top of that some fuel, a jack (plus stands), and some tools for minor repairs (or major, depends on your knowledge)
Most important thing, water.
Bring heaps.

A roll of Chux wipes and waterless hand cleaner .It may sound trivial but it makes a big difference to feel comfortable

No one suggested a spare pair of undies yet.
Because not all skidmarks are left on track.

It should only be between you and your dry cleaner to know what the true colour of adrenaline is.......

For sure, I also read you are having an "adrenaline packed" weekend in Manila, how was that?!?
