06/15 ND mx5 write off
Noticed write-off for auction, an 06/15 ND mx5 with 2600km on Pickles site.
6' 7" red tardis owner (spacious 89 NA8 clone) and cleaned up 92HZ SBY.

Rolley was talking about the car not the driver. One less auto ND in the world. It was built the same day as my ND too ... only two numbers apart in the VIN.

Brightside - fantastic source of a large number of un-damaged bits.

I did mean the car... sorry for the confusion.
Wonder if the seats will fit the NA
Interesting to see how the pyro bonnet actuators go off too. They do lift it quite a bit to catch pedestrians. (not suggesting they hit a pedestrian)

Perhaps we need to let the Russian insurance scammers know about the active bonnet?
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

Whoops. I was looking at the photos using my phone and couldn't zoom in. Clearly I need to make an appointment with my optometrist. And read the fine print.

So...... Who's buying this to do a ND driveline transplant into their NA/B/C?

Not really, it puts out similar numbers to our SE's in factory trim with a LOT less dirveline weight..... a nice boost for a non-turbo NA/B.

EDIT: Oops, forgot this was a 1.5L verson...... carry-on folks.

I can just imagine this driveline in an NA6 with NA6 brakes, NA6 diff, 13x5" Corolla wheels, 165/75 Supercats, lowered, maybe the ND seats, and with a Lightyear fastback! Best Ecomodder ever! Slowish, but not slow.
