Bride Low Max Seats for NA6 fitment

Postby jko » Sun Dec 20, 2015 8:43 pm

I was given a pretty good deal for a pair of bride low max seats and I want to know if these would bolt right in without any problems.

Yeah, looks like they come with the 'universal' rails, although not sure just how universal or what quality those rails are.

Yes, low max is the model.
They should fit size wise, with some minor shoulder rub?

Don't know re bolt holes.

What do they weigh?

Low Max isn't the model. theres a few different models of low max seats, usually the fixed back copies are of a Vios III.

Those look like Stradia copies.

highly unlikely they'll bolt right in without problems. best case scenario is they work, but rub on the door, and may sit a little off centre depending on the rail set up.

plenty of people have used genuine bride rails with fake seats to get around this.

Don't think Ive ever seen reclining brides in an MX5

Thanks. They look pretty good.
Looks like they just squeeze inside the door cards too.

I had the same fear that the shoulder would rub on the door, so passed on the bride reps and went straight for a sparco sprint V.
Since you have the seats and rails already, why not give it a go and post up your own fitment pics?

stock rails dont seem to fit :( seat mounts where the rails go are too far apart.

Will be getting genuine bride rails today.
