I have the smaller 11" spec 37 iron ones, with TSE ducting where the fog lights used to be, Wilwood fluid and Wilwood E spec race pads. Nearly two years, many track days, 3 hours practice for Winton plus 2 hours of the Winton 10 hr, no cracks. But then I do go relatively slowly.
Just started taking the race pads and the now dedicated set of "track" rotors off after each track day and putting on a second set of the same rotors along with Wilwood road pads. Hopefully, that'll avoid the "significantly increased" rotor wear Wilwood warn about if you use race pads on the road (perhaps the Es are just too abrasive at colder road temps?).
The reason for the original post is that I don't mind $109 per rotor given the present low wear rate. Nor do I mind the apparently complete lack of any wear on the road pads (as long as they're used on the road only - they fall apart in a single track day). But the E pads are expensive, especially when you add the cost of freight from the States.
So as well as wondering about a local distributor (thanks for the suggestions) I also wonder whether there's a local pad supplier who might be persuaded to make pads to suit Wilwood calipers.
Is there an Australian Wilwood dealer?

Re: Is there an Australian Wilwood dealer?
I'm running the Dynapro calipers on the front and they have a thicker pad and a very common pattern that most pad manufactures supply. Generally they require a minor trim so that they don't rub on and wear the spokes of the rotor surface.
The issue is nearly always the rear caliper and getting something that fits the stock caliper. I spent an hour grinding some square pads to fit mine! It was worth it in the end but it's not a nice job.
I have emailed Wilwood asking if they will do a group buy. It would be great at the end of each year to do a group purchase and order in bulk to save on shipping. I'll see if they are interested.

Also, we could probably send a batch of pads off to be ground to match, but everyone has different pad choices and caliper sizes so I'm not sure how feasible it is. Last time I ordered Ferodo pads I had them ground to fit the stock front calipers. I think it cost $100 extra.

Dynapro ones on my front only. Might need something better than OEM on the rear when the proportioning valve is fitted as the rears might then finally be actually doing something.

I run 11.44" honda rotors on the rear with stock NA6 calipers on an offset bracket. I also run the same pad front and rear. Works brilliantly with heaps of rear bias.

Re: Is there an Australian Wilwood dealer?
As I'm now swapping pads and rotors between track days and road use I'll go to an H spec for the track next time so I reckon the pad I'll want is Wilwood part number 15H-10726K, 6712 plate.
If anyone knows where to get those and/or GT 72 Straight Vane Rotors 160-12892 without having to get them from the States I'd be delighted to hear it.
