I have painted the carbon fibre fastback roof and boot in sunlight silver and 2k clear. As well as the rear monster spoiler. Can't wait to put it on the car.

Getting there. This is a rush job as I want to get the car ready for Sandown on Sunday. But it looks nicer being one colour and new windows. I spent a long time trying to get the hinge design to work, but it justhits on the trailing edge of the fastback. So the boot won't open very far. Will need to move the pivot point up higher. So might need to poke out a tad.

I have worked out the boot hinge. And will hopefully get some photos done on Sunday of the fastback. I am making a second one now to do more testing.

I am astounded at the talent some people have.
That looks terrific. Better than the one Mazda did.
I wish there had been a Coupe option just like this when I bought mine.

WOW! - The side profile is sex on wheels.
How is the visibility out the rear quarters?
Have to be better than a soft top but compared to a stock hardtop?
NA6 turbo - 140kw atw - not the most powerful but so much fun :D

I should take more notice of how the visibility is. If it was an issue, I suppose I would have noticed. ;)
The rear window is higher at the back edge. But, I think it's pretty good. As its a track car mainly, I only need to see out the front window. Drift car is a different story.
Would suit a drift car I think.

Have you had a chance to put it on the scales?
Curious to know the weight savings of hardtop and boot lid.
Also, any chance that you will be doing a run of NA bonnets?

All of a sudden I have carbon fibre fever :D
