Only issue I've found thus far is, as i drive and hit about 2500-3000rpm the clutch pedal will vibrate a bit. Other than that its all fine. Is this an issue i should worry about?

ok so the T.O bearing was sitting on the pressure plate, luckily i had another genuine Mazda T.O and swapped that in (so the gearbox had to come out..again) and there is still vibration in the pedal but not as much which helps. After research its either the lightweight flywheel causing some vibration or the clutch bedding itself.

But overall, the car drives fine and the new 4.1 Torsen T1 diff feels amazing compared to the standard NA6 4.3 open center diff.

New update of late, about 80% of the time when slowing to a stop, the cars revs wont stop at 800-900 region but dip down to about 100-200 revs and jump back up to the good idle rev range of 900 ish revs. sometimes if i clutch in a a specific time the car will stall.

otherwise runs well as per usual.

must investigate but guessing there is an air leak happening somewhere as Nitro Dann mentioned in another thread regarding some odd readings my air/fuel ratio gauge was giving me.

Will update soon with progress reports. 8)

Another last minute purchase are the OE-Style 1028 Mirrors, they're very light, bit smaller then the stock NA6 ones and look cool, Tinted blue as well to help with vision.

The only issue is they're a bit smaller compared to the stocks so it can be trickier to see whats going on behind you.

The Achilles ATR Sport tyres are off and brand new Federal 595RS-R's in the 195/50R15 size are on, just in time for the QLD MX5 club track day at Lakeside too.

Must admit the ATR's are a cheap tyre for a bit of fun, but the 123's I had previously were definitely better, although overall after a few mountain runs, the Federal's are the top pick.
