Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this so please tell me if it isn't (I'm new).
I'm having an issue with my power windows where, sometimes when I start the car, they don't work until I press the button about 10 times like a mad man then they work as normal.
Is this a "clean the contacts" issue or something else. It isn't specific to a window that I know of. Happens to both. Once I press the button a few times they both start going as normal. It also does not happen all the time.
It's an NA6 model.

Won't hurt... Or install manual windows and never have to worry about the issue again

Definitely worth a clean of the contacts to see if it helps. It is not at all tricky to put back together but a few of the parts are small. The guide linked by Magpie has pretty much all of the details
