Use a vice and various sized sockets. You don't need special tools.

If you don't have a vice, they're cheap, and it's a worthwhile investment. Spend the money there instead.

the poster indicated he did not want to do it for the usual reasons like equipment and time. Pedders do it day in day out and have the equipment and the expertise. This work can probably be done same day.

When you heated them out did it leave a mess inside the control arm??

No mess it was really just so it is easier to cut the head off & push the bushes out easier.
you shouldn't really need a hammer. if you heat the oem bushes enough, they will start to burn and eventually just burn themselves out. don't breathe in the black smoke.

PACKAGE ARRIVED FROM TBRO!!

Seriously THANKYOU.
Really appreciate going to such an effort for me mate.
Along with the directions, this looks like it will do the trick well.

I also found these in the garage.
They have been hidden away for a year or so.

So now just to wait for a time when i have a couple of weeks between events to get started.
I will do the Rear first as that looks a fair bit easier to get to the Control Arms and then tackle the front.

Looks very civilised compared to the pitch forks and torches you see people using...

Good luck Dweezle.
