CHANGES AT BENALLA AUTO-CLUB / WHAT NOW FOR AASA-WAKEFIELD?

Postby mazmad » Sat Jul 25, 2015 9:44 am

Matt Ronke has stood down from his position on the committee of the Benalla Auto Club, unclear over his position as a director of its trading companies.

Unconfirmed talk he has left Wakefield as of yesterday.

Sounds like changes definitely afoot at BAC. What impact this will have on the AASA, and Wakefield / Winton remains to be seen.

If the above is true - I for one would like to thank Matthew for his contribution to motorsport. He has been supportive of amateur competitors and events and we can only hope the club continues and builds on his work.

Interesting, to say the least.

Benalla Council seems unimpressed http://www.mmg.com.au/local-news/benalla/winton-raceway-funding-postponed-1.95020

I can't see any reports on what might have been decided at the Club's AGM.

I never met a horsepower I didn't like (thanks bwob)
