Cable beside driver seat

I've recently found a cable that sits next to my NC driver seat. It looks like to cables within some heat wrap that runs under the seat but I'm not sure where it ends up. Any ideas on what this is?

It's for the seat airbag and it ends up under the seat where the plug is. If you unbolt the seat you could probably tidy it up so it's not visible if you wanted to do that.
