True. FIAT will never allow an Alfa Romeo to be manufactured outside Italy. So the FIAT MX5 joint venture with Mazda could well be badged as a Lancia or a FIAT Abarth.

Fiat will most likely have a version of the 1.4L Multiair 2 engine (turbo) - top spec is 140kw/250Nm

That's actually a Pininfarina concept car from 2010 called the {clears throat} 2uettottanta {coughs}.
