hey guys,
so i recently purchased a na6 and it came with an aftermarket radiator, aluminium 60mm width etc.
i noticed a couple of days ago that one of the radiator brackets have sheared and therefore only one bracket was holding it in place (lucky i noticed)
I figured i would go to my local radiator shop and see what they could do. The first place didn't want to touch it because it was aftermarket and apparently they only deal with factory cars. I then went to my another workshop and they said they wouldn't fix the brackets unless i got them the factory radiator mounts.
i was wondering what was the best option/where to do from here? do i hunt down some factory radiator mounts or..?? i'm a bit lost as i thought it would be a simple fix..
Thanks in advance guys
Cameron

Re: Aftermarket Radiator brackets
so attached are the photos of the current radiator brackets.
as you can see the support has sheared off and the 90 degree angle. these were the only two holding the radiator in place as the bottom ones weren't positioned correctly. obviously i could get some sheet and re weld the broken bracket but would getting the stock radiator brackets be a better option?
Cheers
