NA6 Wheels Stick Out!!

I was pulled over the other night in my MX5, had a great chat with the inspector who did the licence check. It was only when I got home I realised I only had one helmet!

My MX5. Note the wheels are inside the guards and do not stick out.

Hi guys I got it all fixed. Bought some flexable rubber flares and gonna lower the car. Its perfect now and legal!!

I dont think so. Even tho my rims are 8 inchs i only got a 195 wide tyre which is stretched. Cops wouldnt bother. (I hope)

I know its for 4x4 offroad cars but i think maybe it can do the job for my mx5 in making the wheels look like its under the guard. What do you guys think??? Let me know

Might look a bit weird on a 5.
If you're set on these wheels I'd just roll the fenders, tuck the tops in and hope you don't get caught.

The tyre stretch you're running could also be picked up by police.
I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying that using tyre stretch as an excuse for increased track will really just get you in more trouble.
