Yah it's one of the UK ones with the latest TR Lane outlet (cast rather than welded) with a 17% reduction.

Agree belts need to be silly tight.

Speed... No action?!

Looks familiar. https://youtu.be/kdXBawtio8w Not my prettiest work if it is. (My video was made just after I bolted it on to check it for belt alignment - I installed an intercooler after I saw the intake temps!)

My advice: Do NOT run the thing without an intercooler! If you want some tips setting it up shoot me a message.

Yeah I ran it without the intercooler and it was running waaay too hot, intercooled now

I think Speed has Paulus's one

Now I just need to make it safe. I might send you a pm

Felt good and no pinging.

Whenever its in boost no higher than 12 and no lower than 10.5, preferably 11.5-11.8.

Where you are is the catastrophic failure zone

Good result with a standard ecu.
Am guessing hp will improve once the afr is sorted. You are less then 20kw away from the purple monster.
With my IC think I'd be lucky to get 115kw and I have bigger injectors then you.

Good stuff :)

Would strongly suggest gates micro v belts, or other racing belts to avoid snappage!

Sounds like an alignment issue (pain of superchargers).

As Dann says, 11.5-11.8 when you're above 100KPA.

Make sure your wideband is calibrated.

Wade- this is your own/mates dyno? crazy stuff!!

How are you controlling fuel?

Ordered a Gates already :-D

Yep it's my mates dyno. It's been a bit of a learning curve, but it has been heaps of fun.

Using the AFR sensor from the dyno

For fuel I have upgraded injectors and a RRFPR, and the timing is set to 6-7 degs

:BROADY:

great stuff!!

everyone will tell you this over and over.. but to have the best of all worlds (normal idle, best possible performance, reliability, correction for air temperature etc) you'll have to eventually go standalone.

Depends, if this was just a track slag then maybe you could just tune for boost and not worry about the rest. Either way, great work!
