NC3 wheel colour?

Postby TimsSP » Mon May 11, 2015 4:58 pm

I stupidly scratched my rims. Drove all night and all day from Brisbane to Melbourne while my wife slept(she doesn't like long drives) and being over tired(no excuse) ran straight into a very low gutter outside of Myers. All she could say was 'I'm glad it wasn't me'. Does anyone know the colour of the NC3 rims? Cheers Tim

your best option is to take one of the wheels in to a paint shop as ask them to match it.

Bodywork paint has codes and is usually carried in premixed cans, but things like wheels etc often aren't available pre-mixed. (of course, you can get lucky and find colours so close they'll work)

If you're on the south-east end of Melbourne I can recommend these guys:

Good guys, know their stuff, and have always looked after me.

ALternatively, there's Advanced Alloys in Moorabbin, which I've heard good things about, but havent used personally.

Thank you, I'm in Brisbane and don't plan to move to Melbourne till late next year. I hope I still have car then as my wife is pushing me to sell it. I'd rather sell my house and downsize.
