Hi,
This in not strictly an MX5 issue, but it is a bit. I am trying to graft nb external mirror assemblies on to my 1981 Triumph TR8. I have the assemblies and think I can make suitable mounting blocks, but I don't have the wiring diagram. Would someone be kind enough to shoot me a copy of the diagram?
Thanks in advance,
Michael

Looks like it might be the 2000 NB8A ones for sale recently in Melb, if so it's in the last two PDFs for the Miata (US domestic market) here: http://neomiata.com/garage/index.php?pa ... 1997-2000/

Hi,
Thanks for the wiring diagram. You were right about the origin of the mirrors. Can you tell me where I can buy some wire to match the colour codes and diameter?
Thanks
Michael

There's no specific MX5 place in Vic for electrical stuff, so just any good electrical supplies place, auto or otherwise, should be able to help.

Any Jaycar retail shop will have an assortment of coloured electrical wire, just note the colour and diameter you need. THey sell it off a spool so buy more than you think you need.
Otherwise there's Altronics on Dandenong Road/Princes Highway (I think Springvale?)
They are a very similar shop to Jaycar.
Those two will be your best bet, only other places I know of tend to do commercial quantities.

Mate,
Purchase the gauge and colours that you need, all to the required lengths and wrap them in electrical tape. Then you can strut and brag about building your own wiring loom .
Greg.

When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?
