It lives, it breathes, it goes like a bullet.

Off road for a week or more, more mods to come.

Clutch has been already done.

Headers getting ceramic coated and power run.

Possibly Ohlins.

I think I will replace diff and put in original diff. Now first gear almost impossible to not bounce off the rev limiter. As soon as yuo take off you almost immediately Have to change gear.

Ceramic extractors now in, power run Wednesday as my mechanic doesnt work Tuesdays.

I personally don,t think its going to make 150 kw atw.

Nothing like my old Nb turbo. Power is pretty much up top.

In retrospect I would go friend Chris Ungers route Kraftwerks suoercharger 175 kw atw. Definitely faster than Danny,s Hks supercharger.

From 0-100 kph don,t think many cars would keep up with the Kraftwerks s/c.

If you don't think it will make 150kw might be time to find another tuner.

These things are a rocket when they are sorted.

And yep everyone that has had the 4.1 diff has gone back to the 3.7 after installing the S/C

You just mentioned first gear is now impossible....hits the limiter instantly.

Sounds like it's got some decent power to me :)

Mine does that with a 3.7
You need a 3bar MAP and tune to that.

Guys Novice used to have a turbo 1st/2nd gen, a centrifugal 150kw NC is NOT a 200kw turbo na/nb, be realistic.
EDIT: I made this. Its scaled correctly +/-5%

The 3:7 diff dropped off to the mechanic.

First gear is just plain ridiculous.

In all fairness the NB put out just under 205 kw atw and weighed less.

I have a 4.3 rear diff, a 6 speed no forced induction however 1st is almost usless to me as well.

For my build:

Top speed in first is 66 kmh at 8250. At 6250 rpm the acceleration is 8.42m/sec. Gearbox torque is 8,422 nm in first at 6250.

Top speed with a 3.9 diff and a 6 speed would be 73 (at 8250). Acceleration would be 7.64m/sec at 6250. Gearbox torque would be 7,639 nm.
