Remove interior door trims

Hi folks. Can someone enlighten me as to how take off the interior door trim on a 2000 NBa. I can only see one plug plug that comes off. Is there a trick to it and is there anything I should be careful of? I don't want to force anything and break stuff. Thanks in advance.
