Not sure what you mean by "name that car"
If looking for accuracy, I'd say a Fiat Panda w/ rear mount Hyabusa conversion. Like a Zcars kit perhaps.
If looking for creative answers "endangered" would be an apt name not only cause its a Panda, but because its seems that guy has a death wish!

Was once a Fiat, but not a Panda
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)
