headlights all have adjustment on them- e.g. a long screw with a hex head and Phillips cross recess accessible with bonnet up. Adj is both up and down or in or out- the usual problem is height. . It should be covered in your owners manual - a must have. The usual plan is set the car on level ground in front of a garage door or a wall e.g. local shopping centre etc. The beams have an assymetric cut off. If its too high reduce the height and then take the car down a side street etc and see if its suits you. If its too high you of course can dazzle others. Another way is if you local garage or auto elect has a beam setter they can set them very quickly in broad daylight and it might be a nominal or even no charge. There is plenty of info on beam setting but sometimes measurements are not worth worrying about because one can pretty well work out what is right anyway.
