It will translate the text, but Google translate will only get you so far, the rest relies on experience and imagination.
It might also be worth getting in contact with a few of the forum sponsors and seeing if they would be interested in making something similar. Specifically NitroDann, Automotive Plus and maybe OMG Pham. A lot of the price in the Nielex kit is in replacing the OEM brackets, adding their reinforcement kit to the brackets and the usual JDM tax, plus international shipping on top of all of it. If you can convince one of the local guys to make just the pedals/arms without all the extra stuff it should save a couple hundred dollars.
