For further info check out Goodwin Racing. Brian got 182 kw atw with the Kraftwerks system.

Ron do you know how much for the extra bracket and who can do the mod plate ?

Very interested to see how you go with this?

I assume that you are doing the dyno reflash? Make sure you read their T&C's closely as there are some nasties in the fine print.

ChipTorque does not accept any liability if the modification does not meet any applicable laws. They do not test for emmisions.

ChipTorque will not be responsible for any damage, no matter how arising, which may occur during testing / repair or fitting of
components to the engine, vehicle or electronics or any direct or consequential cost or costs as a result of such testing, repair or fitting.

I also have this kit for my NB. We did ours at the same time. Was pretty easy to install. Chiptorque were awesome and have been super helpful with further questions since the install! I would highly recommend them.

I got the mod plate done by Grimmos garage on the goldy cost me $200. Walk in walk out no problems.

maxgus that is good news. Did you have an emissions test?

Can ChipTorque or Grimmos help you with the overheating problem?

No emissions test.

Chiptorque has offered advice regarding the high temp problem. Car is behaving ok at the moment and I will be venting the bonnet soon.

Tezza Bullet do mod plate for $195. Bullet also made up bracket for Nc with kraftwerks supercharger.

Dealt with Chip Torque before. Only praise for there work and understand implications re any work done.

Qld as yet does not have emissions testing . Pretty sure with standard muffler it would pass emissions.

What sort of power torque did NB make.

Having spoken to Mx5 plus pretty sure there mx5 with s/c wudn,t pass emissions either.

Probably more to do with aftermarket exhausts on cars with superchargers, than the supercharger itself, I.M.H.O

Not sure on torque ( I will have to dig the dyno sheet out) but got 122.2 kW or 163 hp at 8psi. I can change the pulley and get more out of it but engine is 200k old. I have plans to build new motor next year and wind up the boost a bit.

Emissions is tune based mainly, hence the requirement for the Ecu to be locked from changes. You can't lock an exhaust!

Having weighed up the pros and cons I have gone for the Bullet coswort kit. Mine gets fitted mid January.

At cosworth power levels I believe I can retain standard clutch and less risk of breaking rods and such. Cosworth kit is very linear.
