Re: coffee run darling downs
What time does Fernvale Bakery open Sundays and do they do good coffee?
Could be a good meet point for both Brisbane & Toowoomba

Re: coffee run darling downs
Zero, club run apart, that would not be a central meeting location for a regular coffee meet. Somewhere like "The Girls Coffee Bar" on the Highway at Marburg would be better
Cheers NAS

Yep, it could be...as well as the less visited places like Lowood, Laidley, Forest Hill (Post Office Cafe) etc., etc.
Lowood is almost equidistant - 64km from Toowoomba and 72km from Brisbane CBD - and provides a bit of an interesting drive with some motor sport and WW2 aviation history in the area.

That's fine...do you have the itinerary for the meet? Are we just doing meet/coffee/breakfast or are we going for a drive as well?

Re: coffee run darling downs
Great news to see that the first Darling Downs Coffee meeting is up and running. I will be at the next one when I am back from hols after 06/01. How often do you all think they should be? Should we aim for weekly or is that too optimistic? Cheers NAS
