Good thinking Greg - any votes as to renaming future dodgy days permanently in his honour? He was after all one of the founding brothers of dodgy.

+1 for a name change. We have to thank Steampunk for organising it all, I'm happy to host when I can.

Sorry but Mikey would be horrified at any thoughts of renaming the famous "Dodgy Days"

What would be nice is if "someone " would go through their boxes and let the Perpetual Trophy resurface and take its rightful place
in some dodgy bastards trophy room between DD's

Uncle Arthur wrote:Some of us Dodgies are still around....... :)

The Perpetual Dodgy Trophy disappeared up one of Boags' fundamental storage boxes, never to be seen again. I would like to see it returned into circulation.......

I was just thinking of Dodgy Days long gone but not forgotten the other day. They were never a swap meet as such, but parts, information, and tall tales were often shared and perhaps swapped, and many a dodgy yet highly effective repair or maintenance task was completed under the direction and tool handling abilities of the Brothers Dodgy. In fact there was as much information shared about the cars on those days as there is in the entire Keith Tanner technical library.

I'd love to see them recommence - but some of the younger Dodgy Apprentices might have to step up and show their mettle..... :)

So lets just leave things as they stand as a tribute to the Dodgiest Bastard around, our mate UA.
