Automotive Plus Open Day - 22nd November 2014

One day to go to open day. Please post heaps of photos as this will be the only way I get to see it. However my partner, Jaye older son and his girlfiens will be there. Roger, Jaye will be looking for you. My son you can't misss as he is on crutches, just ask him how his motor bike skills are.

Back home from the open day ATM...gotta go to #1 grand daughter's ballet recital.
The open day was sensational and I just wish I could have spent more time there.
I doubt I'll ever forget the sound and smell of Danny's NC rotary beast.
Great to catch up with all you folk and to check out all (well most anyway ) of the cars out there.
There was a good club presence too with some new/prospective members joining in the fun and camaraderie.

I have heard it was a great day as well with a very large turn out. My son now wants to get back into MX5's and has just learnt that I have picked a shell up.

What a great day but where do I start?

Firstly huge thanks to Danny & Staff from Automotive Plus for such a great day, so much we hung around until 3.30pm!! Thanks Also to the guys from GT Auto Garage for their phenominal display and having the cars including Danny's NC on the dyno [what did you say? I can't hear you!!]

Good to catch up with Magpie's other half Tess and the family and all the guys from the coffee mornings on weekends, also I think 90% of those that competed at Lakeside 10 November were there and also to meet many new faces!

Thanks also to ManiacLachy for the pic of my NA's badge!

Great to hang back and chat with Comp Secretary Adam, Michael, Matty, Terry x 2, Lochiel [Simon], Dean, Captain Nate, Chase and the list goes on!!!

Nice also to catch up with former President Mark, and the previous owner of my B-Spec Gussy, nice to see you again mate

Well done to President Peter of the MX5 Club of Queensland who spent the whole day there mingling and talking with oh so many MX5 owners - very much appreciated by all

Wow, wow, wow!

I'm absolutely knackered, however over the moon with how our first combined Open Day with GT Auto Garage went!
