I've been occasionally researching them for a few months since my doctor recommended them as a more comfortable option to HANS with better sideways support as well. He uses one in a TR2A. Apparently they're pretty popular in historics. Higher cost is an issue as well as varying opinions on comfort. Some people prefer these while some prefer conventional HANS. I guess you'd have to try them first.
