So i heard back from Mania.
It was the plugs and thermostat after all. All that fuzz such a small part can cause.
David @ Mania didn't charge me any labour just $50 for the parts. These guys are LEGENDS!

Mate, I'd call a weekend breakdown and repair for $50 (leaving out the towing and roadside assist membership!) a pretty solid result.

Which happened this morning and its the same issue and its back with Mania now ;(
