Silly question, but what is it described as (Ignition relay)?
And where is it located?

Re: Starter relay in an NA8?
Neither Rod's Miata 1.8 Enthusiast's Shop Manual or the Haynes Repair Manual index specifically list 'starter relay' or 'ignition relay'. But sounds like what's being referred to is either the NA6/8 'Fuel Inj' (or NB8 EGI Main) relay in the engine bay fuse box; or possibly the 'ignition control module' on the NA8 coilpack assembly; or even the 'starter interlock switch' on the left side of the clutch pedal support, not to be confused with the centrally mounted clutch switch.

Re: Starter relay in an NA8?
That's what I found too. There's no specified relay.
Thanks for the info Clubman.
