NA6 MX5 How to check Fuel Pressure

Hi guys just wondering how to check fuel Pressure on NA6 mx5.
I googled and can not find where to connect fuel pressure meter.

Also do i place a ping in the GNP and FP diagnoses and then crank the ignition to start.
