Just wondering whether these two will fit? Looks like the intake resonator might be in the way.
Have searched the web, but haven't found anything about it.
The temperature climbs quickly, so i've bought a new thermostat & aluminium radiator. Will have to buy a new cap soon.
The store i bought the radiator from didn't have the fan shroud to go with it, and the lady didn't seem too sure whether the stock fans would fit. So just wanting to make sure before trying to install it, so that i still have the option of returning it.
Cheers!

Admittedly mines an NB8A not a NA8, but my aftermarket 42mm alloy radiator fits perfectly with stock fans (and aircon). From a fitment point of view, you wouldnt know it wasnt factory.

You should have been supplied with a new cap as part of the deal
Mine was good with stock fans in a NA6

I guess it depends on how the radiator is made, but the eBay 42mm one i bought, the fan fitted fine, but had to chop off about 8-10mm of the fan mounting threads to get the fan flush on the back of the radiator.
Also my car is supposedly a Clubman, so i only have the passenger side fan.

Should fit easy with a 42mm radiator.
I needed to fab a retainer bracket to keep the intake resonator from the fan when I fitted my 52mm radiator a couple of years ago.

I have the IL Motorsport 50 ml radiator and had no problems with the stock fans.

Ended up buying 98-05 slim fans from ebay which fit, just needed a tiny bit of drilling to line up bolt holes.
Stock fans didn't fit because of sway bar & aircon lines.
In the end, easy job done. Thanks everyone for their input
