NB8B Alarm Removal

Hi all,

Has anyone out there removed the alarm from an Nb8B? Assuming I am retaining the factory ECU, can it be done while leaving the factory immobiliser in place? Anything I should know before I get stuck in to this?

Usually it just piggy backs on to the stock loom so just follow the alarm wires and cut them off.
NC Roadie, NC Racey, ND Racey….and a 30AE

Plus several others in the bone yard...
