Yes, but it isn't like mats that can be easily removed, but instead has been installed like carpet, with the seat runners, foot rest, centre console etc, all on top of the carpet.

I think it's pretty cool.
A cheap way to replace interior carpet if it's ruined.
I've also seen AstroTurf / fake grass lawn!
