Likewise Neil. Always great to meet other MX5 drivers at track days to learn from and get some good advise. :D
Your lap times are very consistent. Great driving. I checked out the results on natsoft web site..

Nice to finally see the new SE mate, are you going to fit a roll-bar? If so what type?

I still have the AGI Precision roll bar that is off my previous SE. Sitting in the back yard at the moment though.
I might take it to AGI to install it because I do not see myself having spare time to do the install myself.

Did you have the regulation 2 hour chat with Mick when you dropped the car off?

Will he be coming to the picnic this year with his NA6?

Haha Yeah, had a good long chat with Mick for sure. A quick tour of the shop..haha
Not 2 hours though, misses arrived 20 min later to pick me up. Or else I don't know what time I will get back to work..

He said he will be at the picnic but not sure if his NA6 will be coming or not.

Got some updates..

Went to Hume Smash to pick up 'Tiny' after getting lip and buttock lift surgery...
- Bonnet vents are Garage Vary Shark vents for bonnet heat extraction..
- Duck tail is by Vindi
- Front factory lip resprayed due to cracking in paint and they are very visible, kinda annoying me every time I look at it..
- fitted and spray painted by Hume Smash..

Got time to take a few shots after work today.
Will have to go for a proper photo shoot one of these days.

Can see the vent here..

Too bad I did not take any good shots of the rear so will try to take some another day.

Also to add, I have not done any under bonnet temp measuring yet. I know, I went for the looks haha..
I do plan to tape up the vents from inside to get under bonnet temp and remove the tapes to get another measurement to compare if there is any improvement or not. Will report back once I have done the test..

Really nice Yemin! Interested to see the effect the vents have as I am about to do the same.

The vents look great - can you please post pics of the underside of the bonnet, I'd like to see what bracing needed to be cut.

Also, consider painting the front Mazda emblem gold/bronze to match your numberplate and tow hook.

Car looks fantastic. Very subtle yet aggressive at the same time.

Looks great
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Due to the bracing being cut out there is slight lift of the bonnet and can see that the bonnet is lightly higher than the front fender in one section. Sorry do not have photo of that.
