You beauty. Just looked at the times on Natsoft.

Shaved 0.43s off Clubman, 0.51 off Sprint, 0.25 off Sportsman, and 0.09 off National.

Many tyres were harmed in the making of those times.

And now wearing my Compsec hat...

Many thanks to all competitors and supporters.
This was my first event and I must confess to getting a bit worried about it. I shouldn't have.
Many thanks to John and Brian for their support at the desk. And to QR staff for being explicit about what information they needed, and when. And then ruuning the show.

And many thanks to all entrants for being well organised, paying in advance where possible, having your indemnity forms and CTPs printed. It just makes it so much easier.
In the end there were 42 entries. EVERYBODY turned up who promised, and there were no unannounced entrants.

I think I organised everything but myself. Paid? Yep. Indemnity? OK. CTP? Got it. I actually lined up, then Barb kicked me off the queue due to no wristband  I actually forgot to register with QR

Now it's back to me to figure out how to automate some of this stuff, for November. Has anyone had experience with any small scale, entry or event management software?

Nice one Adam!

You could start with an online entry form with compulsory fields and file upload for scanned copies of CTP etc?

I'd talk with QR at what they accept as min requirement. You might find they would be ok with emailed automated forms, they may not require printed forms uploaded etc...

QR have their online entry system set up now and I have noticed a number of other clubs using it for entries. People would then just need to email/bring the indemnity and CTP extension on the day. Car details, transponder number etc will already be there.
Cheers,

Had a great day even though it was cut short a little.
Next time will definitely have an extra set of brake pads.
