Budget supercharger options???

Looking for any budget alternative that will be reliable. not chasing much power so thought I'd limit to say 5psi.
Not sure if I'd need bigger injectors? Also heard of others running a stock ecu but i just cant get that thru my brain. Surely I'd need an aftermarket ecu?
Lastly, anyone done a Toyota m12 supercharger in a na6?
Any other options to consider?
Sounds like I'm a mega tight arse but the reality is that I'll revert back to my rx7 after next summer and the mx will be up for sale

I reckon it'd be a lot easier to sell unmodified than it would be with a cheap-arsed supercharger.

M45 might be worth considering as originally the base kit was sold as a bolt on 5-6PSI SC with minimal upgrades, so using original injectors & ECU. See my following for the original & later JRSC M45 install manuals:

My advice would be to buy a DIY ecu and get that installed and working, then add further mods etc. You will not get a good outcome just slapping on F/I (regardless of type etc) and expect it to work well.

You'll be surprised how much better a tuned exhaust, unrestricted free intake and cam timing can make with an ECU and a good tune. It will completely change how the engine performs!

Stupid question; how do you get all that wiz bang data to show? Guessing it comes from the ecu? I want I want.
Would a diypnp give me this info, maybe some extra attachment?

After looking at the various chargers available, I like the m45 and also the sc14.

I'm definitely pro hot side

Yes, that was done with a DIYPNP and a bluetooth serial and an Android app that records the ecu data along with GPS data... I then just merge the data with video using RaceRender. Not too complex really.
