Well done.. I have some work to do to catch you.
I am sure those adjustable shocks are worth some time. :)
I didn't have any problem with wheel spin but I am sure a LSD would help the drive out of corners.
Must get organized and get my exhaust finished.

The fish hook and turn 10 really showed up the diffs failings, I guesstimate a minimum of a sec quicker with a LSD, it was bad.

I've been googling and found some good stuff and a KAAZ 1.5 seems to be the best option for just over 1K.

Installed a Cold Side intake and air box.
This was version No2 (silicon bend)

Version 1, was a cast 3" pipe which allowed the valve cover breather to be connected to the intake.

Still thinking I will make a Hot Side, Cold air box from stainless like the DDM stage 2 as the car has lost some low end torque.
Mind you I still need to finish my exhaust to get it freer flowing so not a fair test yet. But I do like the induction note. :)

Installed T10 led globes in the front parker lights and rear numberplate lights. Much nicer, whiter light. :)

Installed new H4 headlight globes, Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited 60/55.

Much better vision at night now. I don't feel so invisible. :)

Started fabricating a Cold air intake for the hot side inspired by the DDM stage 2 kit.
I am working with 0.95mm stainless sheet which makes it a little easier to shape but more difficult to weld. So far I have made the Cold air box (sides and lid) but need to do a bit of finishing to improve my rough welding.
Next to get an intake pipe made, this is beyond my skills and then work out what size air filter will fit in the box.
Hope I will be happy with the result but feeling pretty good about it so far.
Will post a pic soon.

I moved mine to the hot side, now there is no hesitation and acceleration from idle to 3k has noticeably improved.

For the pipe work I just used some 3" plumbing pipe, made it easy to bore out a hole and fit a grommet to accept the cam cover vent hose, also the fitment onto the AFM was done by heating up the pipe and then forcing it over.

Looking forward to seeing your pics so I can rip off your design, LOL.

Like this?

I like it and it seems a easy enough job.

I need to get some cardboard, LOL.

That's the one, perhaps (cough) a little neater than mine.

So managed to get a productive day on the car before the rain arrived.

Managed to finish the Cold Air box construction including the sealing around the box. Ordered a K&N filter for the box. Now I just need to get a intake pipe made up. Hope it give me the result I am looking for.

Decided it was worth adding an extension to pull a little extra air that flows past the radiator.

Also fitted some foam tape around the radiator to improve the air feed through the radiator.

Thankfully a sunny day to dry out the car. Drying solved the horn problem.
Finished off my boot light with a push button switch next to the light and tidied up the wiring. Fixed up the wiring across the boot to put it back in the factory location.

Hopefully will get my intake pipe this week to finish off my CAI.
