I recently bought a 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback for DD duties to and from work and found that it was a lot more wallowy than I'm accustomed to, a common side-effect of owning an MX5, so I bought some Eibach Pro-Kit springs to address this issue.
Does anyone in the Brisbane area have a pair of spring compressors I could borrow this weekend or next weekend in exchange for a 6-pack/beverage of your choice?

I'm sorry but you're banned from modifying your Mazda3 until you have confirmed evidence that Gina is back on the road and a full dyno tune has been completed!

Btw, springs compressors are available from tool shops for about $50 or so (well, mine were a couple of years back)
if you intend on using them more than twice it works out cheaper than a six pack each time

LOL
I PM'ed something along these lines earlier tonight to Crapweasel:
"I've been waiting for Bryan from Fab9 to get back to me on his possible fix for his COPs but haven't heard anything for a week now. Sometimes he's great to deal with, he was very thankful for my posts on mazda-speed.com regarding his intercooler, other times he goes AWOL for long periods of time. The COP problem relates to the weaker signal from the Adaptronic ECU vs the OEM ECU (MS ECUs seemsto be OK too but Hydra ECUs and others have issues).
I've got an ATI Super Harmonic Damper and FM's 36-2 timing wheel that I want fitted before getting a professional tune so I think I'm just going to get MX5 Plus to fit them, not worry about the COPS for now and get GT-Auto to tune it. I still have yet to "drive Gina in anger" since I'm not game enough to until she's had a professional tune - spools amazingly though ( requires more fuel too, even at Idle ).
GT-Auto now have more experience with Adaptronics now than when I initially used them "many moons ago", they're Haltech specialists, and I won't be able to take many days off work for a while now (new job) to take it to Brad Smith as I intended so will get GT-Auto to tune it. Jason at MX5-Plus wants me to get my car dynoed on GT-Auto's dyno for base comparison purposes with their other builds which is a good idea so I may as well get them to tune it, there's no substitute for a professional tune.
I'm going to MX5-Plus tomorrow and intend to book her in ASAP."

I must admit that I had no idea how much they're worth (cheaper than expected), but I don't expect to ever need them again so they'd just be taking up space. If I don't hear anything, I'll probably pick up a set (not keen on "dodgy-ing something up" with my G-clamps).
