MX-5 25th Anniversary Brunch

Our favourite toy on four wheels was launched 25 years ago with the iconic NA sports car. We are all forever indebted to Bob Hall, our Club’s Patron and member since 1994 who conceived and pushed the concept, designer Tom Matano with Toshihiko Hirai and the dedicated team from Mazda who between 1983 and 1989 made jinba ittai a reality wth the new ND due for release later this year.

For the 25th Anniversary the Club has organised a brunch starting from 10.00am at Tatler Wines at 477 Lovedale Road, Lovedale in the Lower Hunter Valley on Sunday 17 August 2014 hosted by the Hunter Chapter. The brunch is scheduled to finish by 12 noon to allow the café to set up for their luncheon trade and members to join the Hunter Chapter for their run back to the Central Coast. The cost is $25.00 a head for a buffet brunch. The numbers are limited to registered guests through the Club’s IMG booking facility on this post.

Looking at the registrations, this is going to be an epic day/weekend!

Don't forget to check the club websites for Sunday morning runs up to the Hunter

For the overnighters, we're leaving Saturday from 'Pie in the Sky' at noon for a guided coastal tour by the Hunter Chapter before settling in with a few reds at the motel and then walking straight  to the pub for dinner.

I'm sure there won't be many stories told that night over a beer or two that aren't true.
