Dont know if this is a simple question but I was wondering what are good camber settings for track work? I have Koni shocks and king springs and am running Yokohama 050 R specs 195/60/14.

Will depend on your driving style and tyre pressures. Semis have steel reinforced sidewalls, so they don't flex the same way road tyres do. Most people will tell you 3-3.5 degrees negative front, 3ish degrees negative rear. You can get 3deg rear without modifying suspension, but front will max out at much less. You need to either drop the car a bunch, get offset bushes, or modify the wishbones to get more front camber. I'm trying my luck with 1.5neg front and rear on NT01 semis, pretty sure I'll have to get more out of it though. Neither end is really enough.

Ok I'll start with this for a DD that sees the track and then run for cover:
-3⁰ front, -2⁰ rear.
-3⁰ front, -2⁰ rear.
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

Hi.
When you get your car aligned have it done with you sitting in the car. Any good wheel aligner if they know you will be driving on the track will be quite ok with you in the car.

Thanks guys, I like to think my driving style is smooth and fast
The car is prob 80% track 20% road driving. I had one of my tyres on the right rear have chunks out of it after my last track day and have been told it is probably the camber setting which I will get checked, seems weird it only did it on one tyre although they are due to be flipped on the rims now. So have bought a new tyre and will get camber etc checked before next track day. Ill give John a call.

I daily drive mine and have around 2 degree negative camber front and rear and that seems to work well on the track, using Bridgestone RE002 tyres. Check your toe settings, that seems to wear the tyres more quickly then camber, depending on how and where the chunks are missing from your tyre. I run 0 toe front and rear atm.
