ac·ci·dent [ak-si-duhnt] noun
1. an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, damage, or loss;

An accident by definition is unintentional, glad it hasn't taken too long to get the car fixed, hope it hasn't cost too much money. :?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

tescoking wrote:Hi Seanan, what is castor mean in here? Is it something I could adjust or has to be done by someone? Also what is 4.5 deg? I know what is negative camber, I will tell the K-mart guys to set to -1.5 both front and rear.

Please don't take it to K-mart for your alignment - they probably won't know what castor is either.

Off the top of my head I would suggest 'Wheels World' or 'Wilkinsons Suspension' for a propper wheel alignment (although I haven't used either of them personally).

Maybe one of the other local guys can reccomend somewhere good?

I heard "wheels world" is pretty good, also I remember someone said they know mx5 suspenion very well. I had my lower spring purchased and installed by wilkinson, they are good too.

Thank you for the link, I might go to the one in Bently since it is closer :D

Why those pads? Did you have to pay duty/gst on that delivery from the states?

If you haven't had your alignment yet fit your coilovers first.

Yes, I paid around $400 for the tax, which is totally stupid, I should have separate my order every $1000. Then I don't need to pay any tax. We had alignment today, and we are fitting the coilover next week because today has not enough time.

Thanks for okibi recommends, Shane did a super good job, I can feel the difference right away, also after depower the steering, the new setting completely match with the steering, I don 't feel stiff at all and. I can feel everything on the road.
