its very clear that many forumites often are unaware of laws and facts because the same questions keep getting posted and there is a churn of members. I agree with snow motion if someone is informed and still chooses to ignore a legal requirement its their responsibility. The Police say ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Its simple about HId aftermaket headlamps are not legal regardless of the wattage . ADRs are a fact not a fiction.

That is the great thing about open discussion. We all become informed and can make the best decisions.
I have no problem with legalities being pointed out as long as respect is maintained for all parties.
The hard part is that you could buy a car from a dealer that does not comply to ADR's. I have seen many importers not do the compliance work they claim to do as part of the registration process.
