That second photo you posted really shows the elevation up to Eastern Loop - one of the best shots I've seen really - gives others an idea just how high you climb!!

I've never seen photos from that viewpoint in your 2nd photo Stuart, looks great.
I assume Lisa did a bit of bushwalking to get there? If so, I hope she brought a "Whacking Stick" with her. After I got back from the top of the Karousel for my photos, someone mentioned that there's a lot of snakes up there, it's good "snake country so a "Whacking Stick" is definitely called for.
