Ball Vents

Postby dmad_dood » Sun Apr 13, 2014 9:19 pm

Is there such a thing that exists which replaces the ball vents with just sleeves?

Cheers.

So it's just an empty hole?

The ball part can be removed, leaving only the outer rings and the tube if that's what you mean.

I managed to extract the sleeves with the eyeball vents, and then took the eye balls out. You can then just replace the felt tape with adhesive felt squares (like you'd put on the feet of furniture to protect floors) and they will more than adequately hold the eyeballs in place - actually, they take a bit of force to move. Once you've got them set you're good to go, and they're difficult enough to move they discourage others to move them.
