Re: Weather strip problem need help
The weather strip is a replaceable part. Pull the inner door card off and see if you can re-seat the weather strip.

Re: Weather strip problem need help
Problem is caused by a broken clip which is visible in your first pic. There are 4-5 of these that run the length of the strip. You can see the little square part in the middle, that is where you press in with something like a flathead and the clip releases allowing you to lift it up and out when replacing. The little tab in the middle is probably broken due to age.
I'm pretty sure you can buy these clips separate (for a few dollars) rather than paying $120 for a pair of strips

I have bought the new clips to replace it as well, but it just doesn't work.
Only the yellow one is old, all the white one are new.

tesco the rubber at the end of the strip folds down aorund the door and seats in the door jam/where the door closes.
Is the clip oriented correctly?
edit: the strips are fairly soft, are you sure it's not damaged?

The strip is not soft, it is very hard and I can't get it "stick" on the door

Re: Weather strip problem need help
Problem solved, replace the yellow clip to white clip and using 7 clips instead of 5, weatherstrip now will not pop up although there are a small gap between it to the door.
