Well, I ordered a 'hella' socket from the Bay. Thought hella was a brand name...
Turns out it isn't a brand, it's a mini cigarette socket popular with 4x4 sort of guys.
The 5 doesn't really do off road so I lost out there.
It any one wants it they can have it.
Going to grab one of these now:

Hella is a brand name, but they do make a lot of different things.
Is it a Hella brand socket that's just not what you thought it was? or a completely different non-Hella brand socket?
If it's not Hella brand you should be able to contact ebay and tell them you weren't sent the right item.

A lot say "hella type" in the description but there's also loads of counterfeit hella stuff out there.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Ordered the usb sockets.
Also, decided the auxmod wouldn't give the functionality I wanted, so went with a bluetooth jvc 2din unit from repco.
