thats interesting- the date is at odds with a publication that says March. The Club Permit certainly looks valid for Vict but it will relate to build date of the specific vehicle. There are strong indications that the qualification date will be shifted- SA is apparently already out to 30 years.

It has been 30 years in Tas for a long while. I was kinda hoping that we may fall in line with you rather than the other way around :)
