Went to the open sprint today. Could not do better than 62.5 - 0.8 of my PB.

Will be trying hard to get in the high 60s on Monday

Lakeside is a fast circuit at 2.411k my 62.5sec is an average speed of 138kph

The guys doing 57s are averaging 152kph.
